Final Analysis:
First half sets the stage from student's brutal ragging to politics and second half shows the actual politics. Important aspect which i liked in this movie is the authenticity in the presentation by the Directory. There are no gimmicks in this film, every single frame looks real. You can relate each and every character in this movie with the people around you. Plus points of this movie are the plot itself, kay kay menon and adult humour. Coming to minus point just the narration is slow in first half, apart from that its a wonderful film with excellent story. Its a must watch movie for today's real sense of politics in india.

Story: Madhavan (Manohar) is a civil engineer who recently moved into flat no: 13 B. He bought this flat recently along with his elder brother on loan. He encounters strange things in his house and starts investigating about it. He finds that some evil spirits are prevailing in his flat and they want to communicate some thing to him.

Will the evil spirits communicate with him and full fill their mission? must be seen on the big screen.

Performances: Madhavan is fantastic in the lead role. He did justice to his character. Other were adequate in their roles.

Final Analysis: Its a unique story which will go well with family audience as well. Director clearly sends the message across and it is neatly presented with the edge of the seat thriller gripping presentation. Its worth watching once for those who like variety and who are thriller maniacs.
